CONFIRMATION POLICIES
WE SEND OUT A REMINDER/CONFIRMATION TEXT, FOUR DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TO ALL CLIENTS. IT WILL INCLUDE INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO CONFIRM YOUR APPOINTMENT. WE DO REQUIRE A CONFIRMATION FOR ALL APPOINTMENTS, IF WE DO NOT HEAR BACK FROM YOU BY 72 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT, UNFORTUNATELY WE WILL BE FORCED TO CANCEL THE APPOINTMENT IN ORDER TO NOT RISK A NO-SHOW.
LATE POLICIES
PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU ARE 15 MINUTES LATE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT, WE UNFORTUNATELY MAY HAVE TO CANCEL AND RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT, IN WHICH CASE YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CONSIDERED A NO-SHOW. IF MULTIPLE SERVICES ARE BEING DONE, THE APPOINTMENT MAY BE ABLE TO BE KEPT BUT SOME SERVICES MAY NOT BE ABLE TO BE PERFORMED.
CANCELLATION POLICIES
WE REQUIRE AT LEAST 72 HOURS NOTICE FOR ANY APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS OR RE-SCHEDULING. FOR ANY APPOINTMENTS LONGER THAN 2 HOURS WE REQUIRE A WEEK'S NOTICE.
A DEPOSIT OF 50% WILL BE COLLECTED AT TIME OF BOOKING TO SECURE YOUR APPOINTMENT SLOT. YOU WILL BE ALLOWED TO RESCHEDULE THE APPOINTMENT ONE TIME FOR A DIFFERENT DATE AND TIME OF YOUR CHOICE (AS LONG AS 72 HOURS NOTICE IS GIVEN). AFTER THE FIRST RESCHEDULE, YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE HELD AS A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT.
FOR ANY SPECIALS, OR GUESTS USING A GROUPON, ETC THE DEPOSIT SHALL BE FOR THE TOTAL PRICE PAID AS IT IS ALREADY AT A DISCOUNTED RATE.
IF A DEPOSIT WAS NOT COLLECTED, FOR ANY APPOINTMENTS CANCELLED/NO-SHOWED OR RESCHEDULED WITH LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE THERE WILL BE A 50% MISSED APPOINTMENT FEE TO COVER THE MISSED APPOINTMENT TO BE ABLE TO RE-BOOK.
IF YOU ARE BOOKING MULTIPLE SERVICE'S OR LONG APPOINTMENTS AND DO NOT WISH TO KEEP ALL OR ANY OF THE BOOKED SERVICE'S YOU MUST PROVIDE ONE WEEKS NOTICE AS EACH SERVICE IS ADDITIONAL TIME BOOKED AND THEREFORE WILL BE CONSIDERED A MISSED APPOINTMENT AND BE SUBJECT TO A 50% FEE.

all NECESSARY forms, packets and faq pages must be read through and completed 72 hours prior to your appointment to confirm eligibility.

WE WILL PROVIDE A BRAND NEW, SEALED MASK TO EACH GUEST. YOU WILL BE ASKED TO WEAR A CLEAN MASK INTO THE STUDIO UPON YOUR ARRIVAL. MASKS MUST REMAIN ON FOR THE ENTIRE VISIT, AND MUST BE WORN PROPERLY AT ALL TIMES.
WE WILL ASK YOU TO PLEASE WASH OR SANITIZE YOUR HANDS UPON ENTERING THE STUDIO.
NO FOOD WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE STUDIO, SEALED DRINKS ARE ALLOWED.
WE ASK THAT IF YOU HAVE HAD ANY SYMPTOMS, EXPOSURES, HAVE TRAVELED OR HAVE BEEN IN CLOSE CONTACT TO SOMEONE WHO HAS IN THE LAST 3-5 DAYS THAT YOU PLEASE RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT.
